Thames Street Oyster House is the premier location in historic Fells Point for authentic and traditional Mid-Atlantic and New England style seafood. With an amazing raw bar serving ten different kinds of oysters daily, many of them local, along with top neck clams, colossal shrimp cocktail, Jonah crab claws, and Maine lobster tails, the options are endless.
A full bar on the main floor serves hand made cocktails, local drafts, and great wines, and the back patio strung with cafe lights is a wonderful place for dinner or just drinks.
The upstairs dining room boasts a fantastic view of the water and the menu includes items such as the area's only all real Blue Crab Maryland crab cake, topped with spicy homemade remoulade, served with horseradish potato salad, and watermelon salad with mint, basil, and lime.
The Oyster House offers many other traditional Maryland-style dishes as well as new, innovative creations by executive chef Eric Houseknecht. All of our seafood is delivered fresh daily, never frozen, and our ingredients are sourced locally and sustainably whenever possible, from the coasts and waters of the Atlantic.
